Medical
Project Notes:
In my remote village, our clinic is locked, and free medicines are sold for profit. When two children were bitten by a rabid dog, there was no vaccine. They died. My father dreamed of building a real
Fundraiser created few hours ago
Awais Memon is the organizer of this fundraiser.
My name is Awais Ahmed Memon. I am 19 years old, from Darro.
My father, Masood Ahmed Memon, dreamed of a hospital for our village. When he passed, our family broke. I had to leave university. I was lost—until our village tragedy gave me purpose.

This year, Zoya (12) and Aziz (7) were bitten by a stray dog. They needed a rabies vaccine. Our only clinic was locked. No doctor. No medicine. We watched them die from a preventable disease. Days later, Soomar, an old beggar, died from a simple infection. The clinic was still closed
.
I could not stay silent. I showed my father's hospital plans to our village elders. They believed in me. They gave us land. Farmers and labourers—men with little for themselves—now work evenings building The Masood Ahmed Memon Memorial Hospital with me.
But I am 19 with no savings. Our community has given all it can. The walls stand, but the money is gone. In two weeks, the hammers will stop. The dream will freeze.
This keeps the project alive and prepares us to save lives immediately:
£1,500 – Worker Support Fund: Pays fair wages for 15 village workers for 3 months. This lets them feed their families while they build hope for ours.
£1,000 – Emergency Medicine Fund: Buys the first stock of rabies vaccines, anti-malarials, and basic antibiotics. We cannot wait for the building to be finished to start saving lives.
£2,000 – Shelter & Security Fund: Buys corrugated metal roofing and doors to protect the structure from monsoon rains and secure our materials.
£1,500 – Essential Materials Fund: Purchases the next batch of cement, bricks, and plumbing fittings to continue steady progress.
Total: £6,000
This £6,000 is our critical runway. It allows us to:
Keep construction moving without interruption.
Begin a basic emergency medical service.
Protect the investment already made.
Build trust and show progress to secure the larger funding needed.
Once this phase is complete, we will launch Phase 2 with a detailed plan to raise £24,000 more to fully complete and equip the hospital. But without Phase 1, there is no Phase 2.
I vow to honour your trust. You will receive:
Bi-weekly photo updates of workers and construction.
Scanned receipts for all materials and medicines.
A public ledger of worker payments (with privacy respected).
Personal video messages from me at the site.
Because this is not just a building project. It is:
A son's promise to his father.
A village's stand against corruption and neglect.
A memorial for Zoya, Aziz, and Soomar.
Proof that young people and communities can build solutions when systems fail.
Donate: £25 pays a worker for a day. £100 buys a rabies vaccine stock. £500 roofs a room.
Share: Share this with the message: *"A 19-year-old in Pakistan is building a hospital. Help him complete Phase 1 so the dream doesn't die."*
Advise: If you have experience in construction, medicine, or fundraising, your guidance is precious.
We are at the most fragile point. With your help, we will cross this threshold and prove this is possible.
With determination,
Awais Ahmed Memon
Son of Masood Ahmed Memon
Darro village
P.S. This is the most important £6,000 we will ever raise. It’s not the final step, but it is the step that ensures there is a final step. Please, help us keep the dream alive.
